Welcome to my daily journal and habit tracker.
This is where I document my day-to-day life, keep myself accountable, and slowly build better routines. Rather than just writing down what happened, I wanted a way to tangibly measure "how good of a day it was" while still keeping a free-form diary.
Each entry here contains two main parts:
- The Journal: A space to write down thoughts, what I learned, or just interesting things that happened today.
- The Habit Check-in: A quick pass through my daily goals (like Duolingo, reading, or working out) and bonuses.
The Daily Score
To make habit-tracking a bit more fun, I gamified my days. Each habit I want to build has a hidden "weight." When I complete my core tasks, I earn a passing score. If I push myself to do the "bonus" tasks, the score goes up!
At the end of the day, the system tallies everything up and gives the day a final grade—from a Perfect Day (100%) to a Rest Day. It's not about being perfect every single day; it's just a fun way to reflect on how much intent I put into the past 24 hours.
